Acadia Women's Health accepts cash, all major credit cards, personal checks, and Cashier Checks. unfortunately, most insurance companies do not cover cosmetic surgery. We understand the body you have and the body you want so we offer our patients a number of cosmetic surgery financing options to meet their needs. When patients come for their complimentary consultation any and all questions in regards to pricing is addressed at that time.
Payment of Balance:
DEPOSIT AND WHEN PAYMENT IS DUE: To schedule and hold a cosmetic surgery or procedure, a nonrefundable deposit is required. This amount is deducted from the total surgery fee. Payment for your procedure is due in by your preoperative appointment prior to your surgery date. We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your needs.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Personal check, cashier’s check, or cash. If paying with a personal check, the amount is due 7 business days prior to the surgery date. Credit options include Debit, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you are paying with a credit or debit card some banks require you to call to increase your daily limit. Please do this before coming to your preoperative appointment.
OPTIONAL FINANCING THROUGH United Medical Credit®:
Options for our patients to secure financing can be done through United Medical Credit ®
United Medical Credit has helped thousands of healthcare providers secure financing for their patients-even those with less than perfect credit. Traditional patient finance companies only approve only about 50% of the applicants, leaving those with challenged credit without options. Every patient has different needs when it comes to care. That’s also true when it comes to their financial needs. At United Medical Credit we use multiple lenders so we provide financing for most patients with the most optimal terms for your practice.

We offer our patients the option to secure financing through CareCredit®. The CareCredit Card is just as easy to use as a regular credit card and is North America’s leading patient payment program. On qualifying purchases made with your CareCredit credit card account at enrolled provider locations: •Purchases of $1,000 or more are eligible for a 24, 36, 48 months offer with a 14.90% APR •Purchases of $2,500 or more are eligible for a 60 months offer with a 16.90% APR
Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to reschedule, postpone or cancel your surgery or procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon, but other patients as well. We appreciate your courtesy. •If you completely cancel your surgery more than 15 days in advance, we will refund all monies except for the original nonrefundable deposit, which will be applied to the payment for your rescheduled surgery or procedure. •If you cancel between 7 – 14 days, we will refund all monies except for the original nonrefundable deposit plus an additional $1000. The non-refundable deposit may be applied to the payment for your rescheduled surgery but the $1000 is forfeited. •If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled surgery, the entire fee will be kept for the inconvenience. •We will also withhold 5% if you paid with a credit card for processing fees we are charged by these companies.
