Bonus cards must be present at the time of service to be redeemed. Only one bonus card may be used per service. Bonus cards are valid for Med Spa services only and cannot be used for Botox and/or Fillers. Bonus Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
