Smooth Threads are placed under the skin in a hashtag pattern to bring back lost blood flow in the treatment area. This process assists with building collagen and repairing/tightening wrinkled and crepey skin. (The thread is fully absorbed into the body in about 3 to 6 months.)

A Thread Lift is done using Lifting Threads. It is a procedure wherein dissolvable sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible "lift" in the skin to give you a tighter more youthful appearance. (Absorption of the lifting threads occurs between 6 and 12 months.)
In addition to being ideal for lifting the skin, these Threads combat aging in another way; by provoking the body's "healing response" and causing the body to direct large surges of collagen to treated areas. This is important because of the impactful role that collagen plays in keeping us looking youthful. (Collagen production decreases with age, contributing to skin wrinkling and sagging.)
